There are lots of free places to advertise your PTCs. Traffic Exchanges are a great free resource. You can use them to advertise your referral links splash page and you can also use them to advertise your PTC banner as well as text ads. You get three forms of advertising at each traffic exchange.

Safelists

Another good free resource are safelists. A safelist is basically an email list that has agreed to get your emails about your programs if you look at theirs. It's kind of like a traffic exchange but through an email list. You sign up to a safelist and click on a credit link to see the advertisement. The link gives you credits to mail your ads. Each safelist has it's own rules about how many free members you can mail to and how often so check the rules. As you start to make money with your PTCs, you may want to upgrade in a few of the safelists. With upgraded memberships you usually get free credits each month and, depending on your level, you may get free solo ads as well.

Pay To Clicks

One of the best places to advertise your PTC programs is on other PTC programs. There are several that offer advertising when you sign up. You have to watch the terms, though. For example, many of them don't have advertising cheap enough for you to use the purchase balance they give you for signing up. If you try to earn the balance so you can use them for advertising, you find that you can't transfer your earned balance to your purchase balance so have to add more money. If you want to use them just for earning, again, watch out! Neo20Bux, below, charges 80 to 92% if your balance to cash out! So, if you are cashing out $10, you get $1.
