Traffic Exchanges
There are tons of Traffic Exchanges out there. Many of them offer promotions for extra credits. For example, Hit Safari,RealHitz4U and Soaring4Traffic have a Power Surf section. If you surf all three of them, you get extra credits. If you surf 200 pages per day at all three for a week, you get more 500 Power points and if you surf 200 at all three for 20 days out of the month you get 500 credits and 1000 power points. You can exchange the power points for a month's free upgrade or for credits. Just join all three and go to the power surf central tab on the menu.
It helps to know your traffic exchanges and read the emails they send for promos. You may want to buy credits rather than surf for them, if your budget allows.

TE Command Post
Join TE Command Post for free and go to the Commando Surf tab on the left. There are 5 traffic exchanges in the Commando Surf. Traffic at the Races, Traffic-Splash, Dragon Surf, Tezak Traffic Powers and Hit Safari.
Get 10,000 Hits a Day
Join 5 to 10 exchanges the first day. Then to build up your traffic submit your referral links to other traffic exchanges in your traffic exchange.
To Traffic Exchange #1, submit your referral links to Traffic Exchanges #2, #3, #4, #5.
To Traffic Exchange #2, submit your referral links to Traffic Exchanges #1, #3, #4, #5.
And so on...When you join a new TE, don't forget to submit your new referral link to the old Traffic Exchanges.
You can also join and advertise Traffic Hoopla and Affiliate Funnel to build your Traffic Exchange Downlines.
